This is a compilation of questions frequently asked about aesthetic vaginal rejuvenation

Q.  Who usually requests desire procedures?


A.  There are about 60,000 in USA today.  The aging baby boomers whose Vs have been affected by age, delivery trauma requests for cosmetic surgery of the nether region. But even young females also desire such procedures sometimes below 18 who want aesthetic for their genitals





Q.  How do you know you need such a procedure?

If you:
1.  Experience discomfort fitting in your pants;
2.  riding a horse of bicycle
3.  During intimate moments
4.  The lips sometimes show at bikini or swim wear

Or if you are teased about your V being Camel's foot

Boys love the beaver cleavage!


Q.  Can everybody qualify for this aesthetic vaginal rejuvenation?

A.  No.  There are exclusions:

1. Those with medical conditions as diabetes, heart condition, severe back pain, those with anxiety, using  prohibited drugs, severe anxiety and  intolerance to pain

2.  THose who are pregnant

3.  Those with herpes virus or HSV

4   Vaginal infections

5.  Those who suntanned  their Vs (as this will cause severe pigmentation problems later on

Q.  Are there precautions prior to surgery

A.  1.  You must not eat 8 hours before

2.  You must be shaved from C down;

3.  You will be wrapped

4.   You will be premedicated  (given sedatives prior to anaesthesia)

5. Given NSAID medications

6.   Procedure can be done after mens

Q.  Will I be put to sleep?

A.  Some procedures will require local (just like pulling  a tooth), regional, spinal and if required (maybe for pelvic reconstruction)  general anaesthesia.

Q.  How long does the procedure take?

A.  Usually, the minor procedures will take only 30 minutes, not at the OR but only at MDs office.  You can be ambulatory after the procedure, which is minor is finished.  Many major procedures can take  60 minutes or more.

Q How is the pain experienced?

Since there will be pain management, not much.  The local anaesthesia admin will be similar to that of tooth extraction.  Some say post op for major reconstruction, the pain is same as that of childbirth (which is manageable)

Q.  How about post op care:

It will take about 6 weeks and during that period:

1. NO exercise
2.  You will not work (you will be  princess)
3.  Dermoplast
4.  Anti biotics
5.  Check up of sutures
6.  Hand wash
7.  E2 cream,
8.  Ice packs

Q.  How much will this cost?

Between P130,000 to P200,000 pf only for Dra Grace (but we can negotiate) and excludes, Anaesthesiologists, Meds, hospital stay.

This is 50% of cost in USA or elsewhere in the Philipppines

This is not covered by Health insurance and Philhealth.  Thus this is out of pocket cash expense to be paid prior to the operation

The fee covers:  pre op, during operations, and post ops care
