The cost of procedure for aesthetic surgery covers:

pre op
operations
post op.

It is total care for the most intimate body part.

Patient screening

Not all are qualified for these procedures.  Those who can not undergo the procedures are:

1.  Major medical problems:

       *diabetes
       * heart disease and arrhytmias
       * severe back injury
2.  Severe intolerance to pain;
3.  Severe anxiety
4.  Narcotic and drug use





Instructions care prior to operations:

1.  Schedule operations after menses;
2.  Not pregnant
3.  No suntanning of vulvar area
      to avoid pigmentation problems
4.  No undiagnosed moles
5.  No vaginitis, :  HPV, or HSV
6.  No undiagnosed vulvar dystrophy
7   Parental consent if under 18

Pre Op instructions

1.  Shave from clitoris down
2.  NPO 8 hours before except meds
3.  NSAID 1 to 2 hours before
4. Topical Anaesthetic one hour before procedure
6  Occlusive saran wrap over vulva.
7.  AM operations.  Why:

         less vasovagal response
         less dehydration
         more flights for departure
         staff can monitor patient better

Herpes prophylaxis:   acyclovir prior, during, and after operations



Post Op Care:

Pelvic Rest x 6 wks
● No exercise x 6 wks
● Clean Daily with soap
and water
● Handsprayer to wash
away debris
● Antibiotic ointment
● Loose clothing
● E2 Cream Daily
● Pain Meds
● Antibiotics
● Dermoplast Spray
● Ice packs
